About
Background and philosophy.
I design and build reliable, production grade systems across distributed architectures and full-stack applications. My work focuses on scalability, failure handling, and long-term maintainability not just getting things to work, but making sure they keep working under stress.
I assume from day one that everything will eventually break. That mindset drives how I design systems: minimizing failure paths, reducing operational risk, and ensuring predictable behavior under load. I care less about trends and more about trade-offs choosing what holds up in production, not what looks good on paper.
Beyond building systems, I write about system design, infrastructure failures, and real-world debugging the kind of problems and lessons you only encounter outside tutorials.
